This month features Joanne O'Brien as our Speaker and Musician, creating beautiful tapestries of universal harmonies through the vibrations of sound.

Joanne has been a successful professional vocalist performing in over 300 cities across the country singing Broadway, Pop, The Great American Songbook and Inspirational Music. With 3 CD recordings she has received glowing reviews in BILLBOARD magazine and continues to perform to audiences of 30 to 3000. She most recently finished a 40 city tour in January of 2024 of her show ‘Yesterday Once More, The Sound Of Karen Carpenter.’

Joanne  shares the  healing energies of her gift of song bi-monthly at The North Hollywood Church of Religious Science with a TAIZE’ service she created and continues to grow in size since it’s debut service in September of 2008. She is known in the community as a dynamic and  inspiring vocalist who brings her  illumined presence, joyful heart and wonderful sense of humor to everything she does. She is a licensed practitioner of The Science Of Mind and furthered her studies at the Holmes Institute Program in Consciousness Studies.

Her journey has not been without challenges. Joanne is a survivor of Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and graciously shares her experience and mindset of overcoming chemo and cancer.
